We understand that schedules can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel your workshop booking. If you wish to cancel any of the workshops, kindly reach out to us via email at [email protected]. When sending the email, ensure that you include all your relevant details, such as your full name, phone number, email address, and the name of the workshop booked. To be eligible for a 100% refund, kindly ensure that you cancel your booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled class start time. For instance, if your workshop is on 3rd August at 10 am, the cancellation must be made by 1st August at 10 am. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for booking, and the processing time may vary based on your payment provider.
Information Sharing:
As part of the booking process, you will be required to enter personal information. Rest assured that we value your privacy and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing data protection.
